We would like to apologize for any misunderstanding regarding the arrival of our April shipment due by mid-May as we have stated in our pre-orders albums.

It seems that a few have been irritated as the box hasn't arrived yet. We called the shipping company and we're told that the shipment is due to arrive in Manila between May 19-23 and would be available for distribution after clearance from customs by the 24th onwards.

Please understand that any delays during transit is beyond our control and that the actual date of arrival cannot be guaranteed either, thus the statement "expected date of arrival".

It has been very clear from the start and stated likewise that transit time is between 5-6 weeks. The shipping company claims that their shipment arrives in Manila within 35-40 days but we never mentioned this... we have always indicated that shipment takes about 5-6 weeks. Plus you have to take into consideration the time it will take for the shipment to clear customs and the company's delivery schedule.

If ever we have displeased some of you because you were expecting the box to arrive exactly on May 15 on the dot (as we have mentioned arrival will be by mid-May), I sincerely apologize.
