Orders can be done by filling up our ORDER FORM. Once order has been placed and confirmed by us, the buyer is given (3) three days to deposit payment. If we do not hear from you within three business days, your order may result in cancellation. Repetitive cancellations will result in posting of buyer as "bogus". Only orders placed using our ORDER FORM shall be processed.
Most of the items featured are of limited quantity and still "in-transit". Reservations for items not on-hand are most welcome, though we would require a 25% deposit, as reserved items are considered SOLD. Once items are available, buyers will be notified and balance should be paid within 5 days. Failure to pay within alloted time given will result to cancellation of reservation and the reserved item shall be sold to the next interested buyer. Deposits for reserved items cancelled are NOT refundable, except when it is our failure to deliver said items reserved.
For PRE-ORDER items, a 50% deposit is required. Same rules as RESERVED items apply.
Details of payment procedure will be sent through email, pms or SMS, as well as the total amount to be collected.
Items will be sent through XEND and Air21, shipping costs shouldered by buyer. Rates varies depending on weight of parcel.
Meet ups can be arranged (minimum Php 500 purchase), but not preferred. Locations shall be Robinson's Galleria and SM Megamall.
