Received word from shipping company yesterday....

At last, their shipment which includes our June Box has been released, sorted and ready for distribution.

They told Kaye that our box will be delivered today .... keeping our fingers crossed on this !

If they keep their word, all contents/orders shall be sorted/checked over the weekend and will be ready for shipping starting Monday.

To those who have paid in full, be assured that your orders shall be shipped out ASAP !

To those who have yet to settle their accounts, kindly do so soonest so that your orders can be sent out.

Don't get me wrong... I am not in a "rush" to get your monies.. hahaha   after all the waiting, I just want you all to get your much-awaited purchases !

It's late...really late!

according to shipping company, this shipment has arrived but is now being held in customs' clearing house. no reason was given by them.. they just claimed that cargoes are taking it longer than usual to clear...

their targeted release today is not possible and the earliest may be by next week.

what more can i say but "SORRY AGAIN! "

i have been forwarned about the delay but we never expected that the delay would be this long. please understand that we have no control over this matter and thanks for your patience and consideration......

Our August batch for PSS orders is now officially closed. To those that miss this batch, we're sorry!

But do not dismay......

Our September batch is now officially OPEN!. All PSS orders submitted from this day forward (until July 25, that is) will be processed for our September batch.

September batch time frame: open now until July 25 only                      scheduled pick-up date: August 10                                               estimated date of arrival in Manila : 3rd/4th week of September

Much as I don't want to.. I have to apologize again to you all...

I called the cargo company to check on our June box estimated to arrive on June 28. Sad to say I was informed by the company's rep that due to the problems they've encountered last month, their succeeding shipments as to date are still delayed.

I was told that our box expected to be in Manila by June 28 will arrive instead on or before July 4 ... plus customs clearing pa so delivery may be delayed by 10 days.... they told me to expect the box on or before July 8.

I hope you will understand that  have no control over this matter. And that I am as frustrated and irritated as you are with the delay.

Please accept my apologies....

Finally....

it seems that our box of goodies for the month of May which was "lost" has been found. It has been delivered last night at 10 pm.

i was told that the confusion was because our box was not listed in their manifesto since it has been transferred from another shipment etc, etc... the details don't matter now. what matters is that our box has arrived!

so to our dear fellow smart shoppers who have patiently waited for their goodies to arrive, the waiting is OVER ! almost......

Latest Update:  May Box

Sad to say but it seems that our May box is "lost".

I called US shipping office friday and was told that our box is included in our shipment #14 etc etc and that it is in manila ready for delivery this week.

Today i called their manila office to follow up on when our box will be delivered. To my surprise, i was told that shipment #14 etc etc has arrived but our box is NOT in that shipment.

Will not go into details about how I "argued" with the person I have spoken to...

to make a long story short, tomorrow i shall be calling the US office and will try to clear this matter with them....

again, i apologize for the long delay and thank you for your patience !

again, let me say SORRY for the delayed arrival of our May Box of Goodies.

Kaye just called our shipping company's Manila office and was told that our box is NOT yet in still. They are expecting some cargoes to arrive this friday but they cannot guarantee that our box is in that batch.

She was told that they had some problems in CA and their containers have been held there for 8 days, thus the delay .....

And now it is confirmed that our box is indeed delayed and i would like to extend our apologies again. please bear with us and sorry also for any inconvenience caused by this delay.
